Do not, under any circumstance, quote these prices to anyone. Only quote a complete price. Complete price is a very different thing. To give you an idea, the total square footage of a facility may be as much as 30% less when we measure cleanable square footage.
All basic carpet cleaning prices include the following:
1. Vacuum.
2. Prespray.
3. Rake.
4. Extraction.
5. Rake set if required.

Quality additions ... The following are sold based on people that want "the best"
-Rotary Jet Extraction adds .04 per square foot.
-Carpet Protection, .10 per square square foot.
Work additions ... Some jobs may require more work for you:
-Every floor we go up or down adds $17. Down can add even more, please be careful.
-Moving furniture may add expense.
-Special stain removal may add additional expenses.
ie ... $35 to remove a red wine stain.
Work discounts ... There are different discounts available:
Current USCP Janitorial Customer, 20% discount.
Current USCP Janitorial Customer in GJ 30% discount.
Customer in GJ, 10% discount.
Hotel / Motel will be a per room charge, based on qty of rooms we can do per
visit.

Payment options...
Current USCP Janitorial Customer will be included in monthly bill.
Non USCP Janitorial customer must pay upon completion.
