Hi, I had some of my drivers come to me with some concerns about the fact that when your people clean the 2nd floor restroom in the break room that the cleaning people are letting their friends into the break room with them. This is not a good practice as some of our drivers have their skis and other valuables out and unattended when they are changeing. Also that the cleaning people are using that shower down there to dump their dirty water. Well that shower is actually used by some drivers to actually take a shower and to have to worry about dirty floor water in your shower is gross! This may have been an old complaint that was taken care of on the 13th. We did provide the following email. Hi: I absolutely agree. Our own policy will not allow for anyone to be on a job that is not a USCP employee. If the rule is broken, the person that allowed a non uscp employee on the job is subject to termination. Please if you ever see someone on the job without a USCP uniform, feel free to call or email 24/7/365. As far as the shower goes, please also let me know if it happens. I apologize that I know this, but on December 13, we received the exact same complaint. The reason that I am apologizing is for potentially repeating it. At this point the supervisor either needs to clean the area, or call the client and let them know that it will be cleaned in a timely manner. (Something like lipstick should be cleaned quickly as to avoid someone walking through it and making it worse.

Problem

None of the book shelves in the office areas are being dusted, no window sills are being dusted in offices, front windows or shop office window sills. The window sills looking outside have yet to be cleaned. The restrooms still have cob webs in the corners and behind toilets. There is a cob web in restroom in the shop that still have spiders in the corner and has been there since US cleaning took the cleaning service. Trash bags not being replaced, just emptied. Sometimes no trash bag put back in trash can when it is emptied. Shop drinking fountain not being cleaned. We were given a description of the cleaning each week and once a month and do not believe this is being done.

Problem

The following were not cleaned at the last cleaning. The restrooms and the drinking fountain in the shop.
