US Cleaning Professionals is a all inclusive Janitorial Cleaning Company. A U.S. Cleaning Professional employee or officer of the company answers and dispatches calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
Cleaning Equipment and Tools:
U.S. Cleaning Professionals are leaders in our industry in obtaining top of the line & newest technology and only this equipment is used by our staff at each job site. We believe in offering our clients the right service at the right price! and through technology & proper training we achieve the very best and efficient methods of cleaning.
Staff Management:
First and Foremost that sets U.S. Cleaning Professionals apart from other Janitorial firms is our “Telephone Timekeeping System”. When an employee arrives at the job site, they call the “Timekeeping Computer”. This system records each employee arrival and departure from the job site, as well as “Caller ID’s” to verify the location. If an employee does not arrive at the proper time or if there is a Caller ID mismatch, an alert is sent to the Foreman and the Supervisor of the facility immediately. These recorded times are also downloaded into payroll and to budget reports within seconds and unlike other Janitorial firms who pay their employees a set amount each day, U.S. Cleaning Professionals pays only for work performed. This method assures that the correct employees are in the correct facility and our Clients receive the contracted amount of service time.
Staff Training:
Our Janitorial Training “ Building Blocks Cleaning Techniques” class (Classroom and video training) is mandatory and takes place at the start of employment in a U.S. Cleaning Professionals office location. On site supervision and training, specifically designed to facility type, is daily and “hands on” for the first 2 weeks of the initial start of the job. A U.S. Cleaning Professionals employee will remain at training wages until they complete 1) Blood bourn Pathogen Training, 2) Building Blocks Cleaning Techniques, 3) Company Policy & Procedure Manual, 4) Safety & Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) Training. Thereby, ensuring with this method, the employees, as well as the supervisors, are highly motivated to complete and obtain certification as soon as possible.
Staff Supervision:
Management and Supervision is on going with all facilities. Weekly “Customer Service” visits during office hours to get feedback from facility managers and/ or other personnel within the buildings is key to minimizing complaints. U.S. Cleaning Professionals uses online programming for managers to schedule “Pre cleaning” inspection (for catching any missed cleaning details), “Unannounced Quality Control” visits (during regularly scheduled cleaning times for crew evaluation) , and “Post cleaning” inspections. Each schedule is evaluated by the directors for efficiency and frequency.
Facility Inspections:
Inspection supervision is based on the building service frequency. The 4 types of general inspection reports, “Customer Service”, “Pre cleaning”, Unannounced Quality Control”, and “Post cleaning”, are generated each time a facility is inspected. On a monthly basis, a detailed “Complete Quality Control” inspection is performed with a preprogrammed inspection template on a “hand held” computer. This inspection checks every fixture from high to low and takes a supervisor approximately 60 minutes per 7000 Square Feet. This information is then downloaded and a percentage score is then calculated and stored in the employees permanent record. Employees can receive bonuses on good reports (>90% score) or mandatory retraining on poor reports (<80% score). These reports are easily accessible and can be printed or shared online for a facility manager.
Cleaning Chemicals and Safety:
Only professional cleaning agents, finishes and supplies are used by our staff. If chemicals are stored on a job, the appropriate MSDS sheets accompany them. In addition, all surfaces within the facility are disinfected with EPA registered “Heptagon Disinfectant”. “Heptagon” meets OSHA requirements for blood spill cleanup. This product is proven effective against the hepatitis B virus (HBV) and the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Staph and Strep and a legion of other human pathogens. U.S. Cleaning Professionals has monthly safety meetings in accordance with Workman’s Compensation Industry Standards. Meetings are mandatory and contain different topics, such as proper bending and lifting, electricity and extension cords, high dusting techniques without ladders, and driving safety to name only a few. One of our specialty classes is Blood bourn Pathogen Training and certification is mandatory and take place at the start of employment. Retraining is required annually. Hepatitis B Vaccination shots are offered to all employees of U.S. Cleaning Professionals.
