Our aim is to offer The Right Service At The Right Price so let us help you establish services for your office to maximize the appearance of your building, minimize tenant complaints, and all without increasing your budget. 

If your office needs to decrease it's janitorial expenses , we have suggestions to get the most out of your budget. 

 The outline listed below is how our pricing is established.  U.S. Cleaning Professional's Service is based on the development and implementation of our  "Complete Program".  Let us develop the right program for your office.

  • PHASE 1:  Program Development.
    • "Task Worksheet" of cleaning duties.
      • We meet with our clients, and take a very detailed walk through of your facility.  During the walk through, we can identify problem areas, and it lets us take a count of items that need service.
    • Frequency of Service.
      • Daily service can occur from one to seven days per week.
    • Frequency of Periodic Service.
      • High and Low Dusting, Window Washing, Floor Refinishing, Carpet Steam Cleaning and even light Maintence.
    • Special Considerations.
      • During the walk through, we also try to identify any special requirements that your office may need. These conditions may include cleaning start and finish times, access to the facility, building security, on site storage, and janitorial closet locations.
    • Budgets.
      • We can alter or remove any of the above Tasks and Frequencies to accommodate any budget or price point.

A proposal with the following information is presented based on the program that was discussed. 

  1. Bid Proposal:  Your monthly facility investment
  2. Appraisal of Hours:  The labor hours a facility will need in order to maintain the designed program.
  3. Task Worksheet:  Compete guide to daily cleaning activities.

NOTE:  We bid jobs based on density of people or equipment in a facility, frequency, and special considerations.  This allows us to tailor a budget that exactly fits your building, and your requirements.  The amount of time that an item may take to clean is derived from an industry standard.
